RETURN POLICY
We stand by our products at The Energy Works! If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund exclusive of shipping charges. We have an unconditional guarantee against merchandies that is defective or damaged in shipmet. Let us know within 10 days of shipment for exchange.
If you are dissatisfied with merchandise for any other reason, please notify us by email or phone and return ito us within 30 days of receipt for refund of product cost and any state texes charged. We do not pay shipping. We do not refund merchandise damaged by the customer.
Method of refund:
1) We can do an immediate return on PayPal. You will be charged 2.9% by the company.
